Frank has worked side-by-side with thousands of individuals and families over the past 35+ years. Frank has a true passion for helping others prepare for retirement. With a special focus on conservative financial strategies, Frank works with seniors and retirees to find personalized solutions to help plan for a more enjoyable retirement.

Frank founded A Better Way Financial with the sole intention of providing families with the most sophisticated financial tools in the industry. Through Frank’s education and vast experience, his goal is to find financial opportunities for growth while managing and limiting risk to help protect what you have worked so hard for. As a contributor to Fox Business, Forbes, and Money, he has shared his knowledge of wealth accumulation to the masses.

At his best, Frank can be found meeting with clients, out in the community leading retirement workshops, and working to connect professionals as the founder of the LinkedIn networking group Connected in the Lehigh Valley. Frank’s greatest joys are spending time with his family and helping others.

Frankie has been involved with A Better Way Financial since 2016, helping its clients prepare financially to live a stress-free retirement.

Frankie graduated from Bucknell University with Magna Cum Laude and Omicron Delta Epsilon Honors (ODE), an international honor society in the field of Economics. He majored in Economics and minored in Italian. He also has developed his strong work-ethic from competing as a Division 1 wrestler for Bucknell.

Frankie is a licensed Pennsylvania insurance agent for life, accident, health, long-term care, and annuities. He also has his Series 65 license and has passed his Certified Financial Planner™ exam.

When Frankie is not at work, he can be found spending time with his wife, Jade, working out at the gym with his brothers, playing pickleball with his father, and hanging out with his friends.

Noah serves as a Financial Planner at A Better Way Financial and has been helping retirees and pre-retirees obtain financial confidence since 2018. Noah graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University with a Finance major and Computer Information Systems minor. Noah also holds his Series 65 license and PA Life and Health insurance license.

In his spare time, Noah is passionate about volunteering, having acted as a leader at a local food pantry, as well as taking medical supplies down to help serve the local people of Somotillo, Nicaragua.

Kimberly’s corporate skills and knowledge truly enhance the client experience at A Better Way Financial. As Vice President, her supervision of the planning and development of the company’s strategies and events impact all who participate. Kimberly’s hospitable nature can be felt across a room, and it is this hospitality that allows A Better Way Financial to stand apart from other financial firms.

Kimberly and Frank have four children and two granddaughters. In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, dancing and socializing with Frank and friends.

Julia serves as the Operations Manager for A Better Way Financial. She brings years of result-driven experience working with small businesses in the Lehigh Valley. She focuses on process improvement, best practices, human resource management, and team development. She holds an MBA from La Salle University. Julia also holds her Series 65 license and PA Life and Health insurance license.

Julia is married with two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs, decorating, cooking, traveling to the beach, and reading.

Nick serves as Marketing Director and brings a wealth of marketing and business knowledge to A Better Way Financial. He has a BBA in marketing from Temple University and an MBA from La Salle University.

Nick enjoys art, reading, creative writing, and collecting and playing board games. Nick also loves to spend time with his family, friends, and two cats.

Eric brings a wealth of industry knowledge, premier customer service, and an understanding of the importance of long-term client relationships to A Better Way Financial. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Temple’s Fox School of Business and Management.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys playing guitar, golfing, and exploring the country with his wife Jess. They are avid national park enthusiasts, hikers, and curiosity-seekers as well as big Philadelphia sports fans.

As a tax accountant Ron brings 12 years of tax preparation experience and a wealth of tax knowledge to A Better Way Financial. He graduated from Penn State University with a BA in Journalism and a minor in Theatre Arts.

When Ron is not preparing taxes, he enjoys hiking, traveling, climbing mountains and documenting everything on his YouTube channel. He also can be found at the local theatre, taking in shows and volunteering his time as an usher. He also enjoys cheering on his Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Phillies sports teams.

Beth Ann serves as a client services specialist and brings her finance industry experience and her compassionate nature to A Better Way Financial and also holds her PA Life and Health insurance license. She works directly with clients and carriers to ensure all transactions are done smoothly and efficiently.

Beth Ann is married with two active boys. She is passionate writer and has written multiple novels. She enjoys interior and exterior design, landscaping, kayaking, hiking, and running.

Nancy serves as a client services specialist for A Better Way Financial and brings years of experience in the insurance industry. She works directly with clients and carriers to ensure all transactions are done smoothly and efficiently.

Nancy is a mother of two sons, and grandmother to three grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking, cooking and party decorating.

Amanda has five years of experience in the financial industry and currently serves as the Administrative Assistant at A Better Way Financial. As the first person you meet when visiting our office, she is dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Seton Hall University and her MBA from Rutgers University.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling to the beach, hiking, and paddleboarding. She also loves spending quality time with her family and friends.

Michael supports A Better Way Financial and is the author of three books, “Surviving the Perfect Storm,” “Successonomics” with Steve Forbes, as well as “Death and Taxes” with Art McPherson, all on the Amazon best-sellers list. He is also the host of the nationally syndicated television and WJZ radio show “The Savvy Investor.” Michael has built his business and reputation on the added stability he helps provide for his clients. He uses retirement and estate planning techniques to carefully allocate clients’ assets so they can retire with the added confidence, income, and tax-deferred wealth protection they need and deserve. He is committed to providing accessibility and ongoing service for the people he works with.

Michael attended law school at the Catholic University of America, earning a spot on the legal honor society. He then earned his LLM in taxation from the University of Baltimore. As a Wilson Scholar, Michael made the “Who’s Who of American University Students” list.
