At his best, Frank can be found meeting with clients, out in the community leading retirement seminars, and working to connect professionals as the founder of the LinkedIn networking group, Connected in the Lehigh Valley. Frank’s greatest joys are spending time with his family and helping others.
Kimberly’s corporate skills and knowledge truly enhance the client experience at A Better Way Financial. As Vice President, her supervision of the planning and development of the company’s strategies and events impact all who participate. Kimberly’s hospitable nature can be felt across a room, and it is this hospitality that allows A Better Way Financial to stand apart from other financial firms.
Kimberly and Frank have four children. Kimberly enjoys spending time keeping up with their sports and academic schedules, as well as going out dancing and socializing with Frank.

His dedication to being a lifelong learner has equipped him with a wide array of financial strategies that have turned his passion for helping others into a successful career. Nick is a licensed insurance agent for life, health, long-term care, and annuity in the state of Pennsylvania. He is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and graduated with Dean’s List honors and is a published author for Fortune, Money, and Annuity 123.
Natalie is a passionate, goal-oriented person and loves to help people enhance their lifestyles. Natalie comes to A Better Way Financial after spending years working as a clinical research coordinator. She has a bachelor’s degree in health psychology and health and wellness. She transitioned into the financial industry many years ago and fell in love with it.
At A Better Way Financial, she assists in the acquisition of new business, coordinating marketing efforts, managing Connected in the Lehigh Valley, and spearheading the Friends Helping Friends Club. Her goal is to help people live a healthy life, physically, mentally, and financially.

Heather Fehnel recently transitioned from the criminal justice field to the financial services industry by joining A Better Way Financial. She has over 10 years of experience with the Northampton and Lehigh County court systems. Heather’s goal is to apply her expertise in communication, customer service, and teamwork while continuing to gain new skills and knowledge by working with our team. As processing specialist, Heather’s responsibilities include financial institution inquiries, follow-ups, client support activities, and administrative office duties.
Outside of the office, Heather enjoys being with her family, especially her daughter, Mariah born in 2006. They love spending their free time at the barn with their cherished horse, Toby. Together, they have traveled to countless competitions, and Mariah has become a state champion equestrian.
Sandy brings over 25 years of customer service, leadership, process improvement, and project management experience to A Better Way Financial. She loves meeting new people and is passionate about building relationships and helping others achieve their goals.
Sandy is looking forward to becoming an integral member of the team and is eager to share her experience, knowledge, and skills to help support our client’s needs and improve our office’s operational efficiencies.
Sandy’s hobbies and interests include hiking, biking, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
Debi brings 15 years of customer service and over 10 years of administrative assistant experience to A Better Way Financial. She always has a positive attitude and truly enjoys helping others.
Debi will often be the first person our clients see when visiting our office, and she’ll happily greet you with a smile. Debi enjoys spending time with her two grown children, family, and friends. She likes playing racquetball and floating in the pool. She also loves to travel and experience new things.
Frankie Guida has been an intern for A Better Way Financial over the summers in high school and college. You can always count on getting a smile from him on your way in and a warm greeting (or a cup of coffee)! He also works on a lot of the “behind-the-scenes” work to keep the team organized and activities progressing. Frankie is currently a senior and student-athlete at Bucknell University. He’s consistently been on the dean’s list and is majoring in economics with a minor in Italian. He has loved his experiences so much at A Better Way Financial that he plans on becoming a financial planner after college and working in the family business with his father and brother. He already has his life and health insurance licenses and will be studying for his securities license shortly.
Joey Guida is currently a young and aspiring intern at A Better Way Financial. He is currently sharing time between obtaining his education at Lycoming College, pursuing his football dreams as their starting running back, and working for his father’s financial planning business. He is currently studying business, marketing, and entrepreneurship, which he believes will come in handy someday at A Better Way Financial. Joey is a charismatic, passionate, caring young man who loves to help people achieve what they want in life. He currently performs administrative duties and is an aspiring learner at A Better Way Financial. In Joey’s spare time, he likes to experience and try new things, play sports, and cook.
Magnolia Tiberii aids A Better Way Financial by assisting with administrative work, along with teaming up with each individual employee to make sure tasks are completed. She is currently studying at DeSales University, majoring in sports and exercise physiology. Magnolia is also interested in advertising and interior design and plans to continue exploring these fields while enrolled at DeSales. In her free time, Magnolia enjoys the company of her loud, Italian family. When Magnolia is not around them, she enjoys dancing, being outdoors, and staying on the cutting edge of her fitness. Staying close to God, cooperating with others, and staying humble are all key ingredients in Magnolia’s life. She hopes to help in any way she can for our business and clients!
Tracy comes to A Better Way Financial bringing 30 years of customer service experience in the banking and insurance industries. Tracy enjoys customer service, problem solving, and helping others; she prides herself on providing only the highest level of service to her clients. She is a continuous learner who loves learning new things and is excited to attain her life insurance license to help support the practice.
In addition to her passion for helping others, she also enjoys spending time with children working as a part-time daycare center teacher. She gets much enjoyment teaching the little ones and watching them laugh, grow, and learn.
When not at work, Tracy loves spending time with her family. She has two sons, Jaeden and Mitchell. She enjoys cheering Jaeden on at his bowling matches and spending time with Mitchell and his wife going to flea markets and other fun family outings.
