Frank Guida | President & CEO

Frank has worked side-by-side with thousands of individuals and families over the past 30 years. Frank has a true passion for helping others prepare for retirement. With a special focus on conservative financial strategies, Frank works with seniors and retirees to find personalized solutions to help plan for a more enjoyable retirement.

Frank founded A Better Way Financial with the sole intention of providing families with the most sophisticated financial tools in the industry. Through Frank’s education and vast experience, his goal is to find financial opportunities for growth while managing and limiting risk to help protect what you have worked so hard for. As a contributor to Fox Business, he has shared his knowledge of wealth accumulation to the masses.

At his best, Frank can be found meeting with clients, out in the community leading retirement seminars, and working to connect professionals as the founder of the LinkedIn networking group, Connected in the Lehigh Valley. Frank’s greatest joys are spending time with his family and helping others.

Kimberly Guida | Vice President

Kimberly’s corporate skills and knowledge truly enhance the client experience at A Better Way Financial. As Vice President, her supervision of the planning and development of the company’s strategies and events impact all who participate. Kimberly’s hospitable nature can be felt across a room, and it is this hospitality that allows A Better Way Financial to stand apart from other financial firms.

Kimberly and Frank have four children. Kimberly enjoys spending time keeping up with their sports and academic schedules, as well as going out dancing and socializing with Frank.

Nick Guida | Independent Financial Advisor

Nick joined A Better Way Financial in 2011 as an independent financial advisor. Since that time, Nick has proudly worked alongside his father, helping clients pursue their retirement goals. Nick understands the importance of a well thought out financial plan when looking ahead to retirement. As a published contributor for Fortune, Nick enjoys utilizing his wealth of investment knowledge to help others.

In his spare time, Nick can be found volunteering with Parkland High School’s wrestling team as an assistant coach, sharing his expertise as a former PA state wrestling champion.

Ken Laramee | Operations Manager

Bringing over 25 years of sales, marketing, project management, and relationship-building experience to A Better Way Financial, Ken works to enhance company performance in the areas of sales support, client interaction, event planning, and office procedures. He provides clients with a warm, simple, and streamlined experience as they work with A Better Way Financial to help them pursue their investment goals.

Ken moved to Pennsylvania in 1996 with his wife and two daughters. Since that time, he has been very active in coaching soccer and enjoying the outdoors through hiking, hunting, and fishing.

Natalie Paganetti | Business Development Specialist

Natalie is a passionate, goal-oriented person and loves to help people enhance their lifestyles. Natalie comes to A Better Way Financial after spending years working as a clinical research coordinator. She has a bachelor’s degree in health psychology and health and wellness. She transitioned into the financial industry four years ago and fell in love with it.

At A Better Way Financial, she assists in the acquisition of new business, coordinating marketing efforts, managing Connected in the Lehigh Valley, and spearheading the Friends Helping Friends Club. Her goal is to help people live a healthy life, physically, mentally, and financially.

Natalie loves meeting new people, so be sure to take a moment and chat with her if you’re in the office!

Jena Cacciatore | Office Manager

Jena Cacciatore is the newest addition to the team at A Better Way Financial. Jena shares our passion for helping people in the Greater Lehigh Valley find comfort and added confidence in their financial goals as we help create a roadmap to their ideal retirement. Her enthusiasm and genuine personality will greet you at the door of our office and make you feel comfortable and at home.

Jena joins us with a strong background in communications and technology, along with many years of experience in administrative roles, all of which will greatly benefit our clients. Her focus is to help prospective clients feel welcome as they join our A Better Way Financial family of clients and assist and support our current loyal clients with anything they need. In addition, her innovative use of digital publishing will be instrumental in streamlining and highlighting our company’s marketing across all forms of media. She is eager to create new digital content and improve our online presence and presentation.

Jena earned her bachelor’s degree in communication studies from The Ohio State University, where she also competed as a varsity athlete in field hockey. She helped the Buckeyes win a Big Ten Championship and appear in a Sweet 16 series, and in her senior season, she led her team to the Final Four matchup.

Heather Fehnel | Processing Specialist

Heather Fehnel recently transitioned from the criminal justice field to the financial services industry by joining A Better Way Financial. She has over 10 years of experience with the Northampton and Lehigh County court systems. Heather’s goal is to apply her expertise in communication, customer service, and teamwork while continuing to gain new skills and knowledge by working with our team. As processing specialist, Heather’s responsibilities include financial institution inquiries, follow-ups, client support activities, and administrative office duties.

Outside of the office, Heather enjoys being with her family, especially her daughter, Mariah born in 2006. They love spending their free time at the barn with their cherished horse, Toby. Together, they have traveled to countless competitions, and Mariah has become a state champion equestrian.

Client Advisory Board

At A Better Way Financial, we cherish our relationships with our clients and are always looking for ways to better serve them. That’s why we put together a Client Advisory Board to become part of our team. This board is made up of some of our longest-lasting and most trusted relationships who can bring support, ideas, and connections to help us serve Lehigh Valley. The Client Advisory Board meets twice a year for fulfilling, rewarding, and fun events to make A Better Way Financial even better.
